Chief Financial Officer
Nate Noland, Waterfront Brands' CFO, is responsible for financial planning and analysis, financial operations, and human resources. Noland joined the ShoreMaster team in 2011, bringing with him a background in corporate finance and internal auditing. In 2015 he was promoted to CFO. Throughout his time with the organization, Noland has focused on transparent financial reporting, company sustainability, and business process improvements.
VP of Manufacturing + Engineering
As VP of Operations, Chris Winter heads the Waterfront Brands' manufacturing and production, logistics, engineering, and supply chain teams. With a rich history in Engineering and Design, Winter joined the ShoreMaster team in 20**. He was promoted to Director of Manufacturing and eventually VP. VP of Marketing + Customer Support
In her role, Bruggeman is responsible for Waterfront Brands' marketing, e-commerce & consumer engagement. She also leads the organization's customer/consumer teams. Bruggeman joined the team in 2012 and was promoted to VP in 2021. During her time with the organization, Bruggeman has focused on implementing an omnichannel consumer branding and positioning strategy as well as building out data-centric marketing and support processes, analytics, and KPIs.
VP of Sales
Ron Martin, VP of Sales for Waterfront Brands, is responsible for oversight of the in-filed sales team, distribution centers, and overall market penetration. Martin joined the HydroHoist team in 1990, and has worked in a variety of aspects of the business since that time. In 2021 he was promoted to VP for the entire portfolio and distribution network. Throughout his time with the organization, Martin has focused on distribution and dealer growth as well as dealer performance metrics.
President of Neptune Boat Lifts
As President of Neptune Boat Lifts, David Humphreys heads the Neptune Boat Lifts team in its operations, productions, and growth initiatives. Humphreys has over 26 years of experience in the waterfront industry and was a part of the team that founded Neptune Boat Lifts in 2007. Under Humphrey's leadership, Neptune Boat Lifts quickly established itself as the most dominant and recognized boat lift brand in the salt-water market, with innovative products and superior quality.
Director of Human Resources
In his role, Mottern leads all aspects of HR for Waterfront's team members including recruitment, development, diversity, benefits, engagement, and more. Mottern joined the HydroHoist team in 2017 and was promoted to Director for Waterfront Brands in 2021. He has been instrumental in driving the HR strategies through the organization's growth, mergers, and acquisitions.
